Focus on Workforce Development |

| On December 13, the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA)
honored businesses for their outstanding contribution to workforce development at the 1st Annual Contractor Workforce Development Awards ceremony. Safety Council member companies were recognized for their efforts in improving the skills of their workforce and retaining craft personnel in Louisiana.
The awards were divided into three categories: Specialty Trades, General Industry and Soft Crafts. The winners were as follows:
