We Are Opening Doors for
Our Members |

The finishing touches are being put on the Safety Council satellite office in Addis. We are looking forward to opening the doors and scheduling classes in early February.
The Addis training center, located at 7640 Highway 1 South, will provide the same services offered at our Gonzales satellite location plus more. The 6,000 sq. foot facility will offer one additional classroom; more than double the amount of computers and will also include the offices of Gulf Coast Occupational Medicine. In addition, the ACT testing services will be relocated to the Addis facility, from our Baton Rouge office, soon after the grand opening.

According to Safety Council President/CEO, Kathy Trahan, the addition of the Addis office will not only
benefit our West Baton Rouge area members but our Baton Rouge area members as well. Trahan says, “This extra capacity in Addis will allow us to service our members more efficiently and position us to ready our members for new projects in 2008 in and around West Baton Rouge Parish. By moving trainees through more quickly we will minimize their time away from work.”
