Implementing a consistent problem-solving methodology such as that taught in the
Apollo Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program may help you achieve these goals as well as realize annual savings reaching into six figures.
Apollo offers two main RCA courses - the 16-hour Practitioner course and the 8-hr Super User Course. The Practitioner course is an entry-level course aimed at individuals whose responsibilities require them to solve organizational problems on their own or by leading teams of people. The Safety Council will be offering the Apollo RCA Practitioner course at our Addis training center, February 9
- 10, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Safety Council members save $200 off the retail listing!
At the end of this course students will be able to:
Perform an Apollo RCA
Facilitate an Apollo RCA by leading a team of participants
Identify effective solutions to event-based problems
Prepare the final RCA report
Effectively communicate RCA findings
The Practitioner course is a prerequisite for the Super User course which is designed for those looking to advance their capabilities beyond the practitioner level.
