Employee Training That Pays for Itself !?!

Back by popular demand….a unique troubleshooting workshop designed to decrease equipment downtime and increase your E & I employees’ productivity. This 2-day workshop teaches students how to determine the cause of equipment failure through the use of schematics, test equipment and a unique IEC Simulator.

Students testing their skills on the classroom simulator

After learning the methodology and applying the troubleshooting techniques, our last group of students recorded a total downtime of only 2.55 hours compared to over 27 hours prior to learning the techniques. The average downtime cost for mass volume industries is approximately $50,000 per hour! There are no prerequisites for this course as it is flexible enough to develop the inexperienced beginner or the seasoned incumbent.

Reviews from our last class echoed these sentiments:

“I think the whole shop should attend. Not just fun, but [educational] too.” - Greg Smith, 1 year E/I experience, Mosaic Fertilizer

"[The] course met and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend [it] to the rest of the individuals in my company. There is nothing like hands on.” - Maurice Brown, 11 years E/I experience, Lion Copolymer

Click here for the course description. The course will be held at the Addis Safety Council located at 7640 Highway 1 South, on May 19th & 20th, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Cost is $895 per individual, which includes breakfast and lunch.
